Life Admin is made by Colm Keogh (Elliots Apps), Ireland. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the Life Admin app.

The short version

Your documents and items are stored on your device.
Documents are read on your device. We do not receive your photos, documents or items.
We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking.

What the app stores

The items you save (titles, providers, amounts, dates, reference numbers, notes), the photos or PDFs you add, and the text read from them. This is stored in the app's private storage on your device and is protected by iOS data protection. You can add a Face ID lock in Settings.

How documents are read

Text is read from your documents using Apple's on-device text recognition, and the details are extracted using Apple's on-device language model (Apple Intelligence) where available. This processing happens on your device.

Notifications

Reminders are scheduled as local notifications on your device. They are not sent through our servers.

Purchases

If you subscribe, the purchase is handled by Apple. We don't receive your payment details.

Your rights

Because your data stays on your device, you are in control of it. You can export everything (Settings › Export my data) or delete everything (Settings › Delete all data) at any time. Deleting the app also deletes its data. You have rights under the GDPR and other privacy laws; if you have any questions or requests, email mycolmkeogh@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.

Children

Life Admin is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
